Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to determine the location and the manner of use of right-of-way through specified lands. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to publish descriptions of lands transferred and Reservation boundaries changed pursuant to this Act. 2024-02-07T13:32:55Z
