S. citizens, to organize a convention of delegations from parliamentary democracies for the purpose of examining the unity of the peoples represented (an "Atlantic Convention" made up of such North Atlantic Treaty parliamentary democracies and other parliamentary democracies as desire to join in such enterprise). States membership, compensation, and staff requirements of such delegation. Directs the delegation to: (1) report semiannually to the President and the Congress; and (2) submit a final report stating the results of the convention, including recommendations for congressional action. Terminates the authority of the delegation three years after appropriations first become available for the purposes of this Act. 2024-02-07T11:38:03Z
