Allows the Secretary of the Interior to approve voluntary sales of excess lands in any irrigation district (except in Westlands Water District, California) if the Secretary finds that such sales are in compliance with the proposed regulations. States that the time period of any existing recordable contract will not be affected by this resolution, except for those which expire during the period which begins on the date of enactment of this Act and ends December 31, 1978, which would be granted an additional six months. 2025-04-23T11:41:33Z
