Declares that the Museum shall exhibit Afro-American history and culture, provide research and repository services, and offer extension services to other museum professionals. Appropriates funds necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act, and allows the Secretary of the Interior to use donated funds and accept gifts for the Museum. 2025-04-23T11:41:33Z
