[R-UT] UT R H000338 0 Small Business Bonus Employment Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Labor to make payments to businesses having less than $10,000,000 in assets and fewer than 250 employees for the employment of individuals for at least one year. Requires such businesses to be located in an area with a rate of unemployment equal to or in excess of 15 percent for 12 consecutive months. Sets the amount of such annual payment at not less than $2,500 nor more than $4,000 per individual hired.
