Authorizes the Secretary to acquire from the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs title to any property which is suitable for inclusion in the urban homesteading program. Amends the Housing Act of 1964 to coordinate the urban homesteading program and the rehabilitation loan program. 2025-01-14T18:20:21Z
