Limits the assistance provided by the Director under this Act to areas afflicted by substantial unemployment and financial distress. Authorizes the Director to provide the same allowances, stipends, and support payments to Urban Service Corps volunteers as provided for VISTA volunteers. 2025-09-02T17:14:03Z
