Changes the name of the National Fire Prevention and Control Administration to the United States Fire Administration. Permits the Administrator, upon request of any State or local government, to investigate the facts, conditions, and probable cause of any serious fire of a recurring nature. Makes available information from such investigation at a reasonable cost to interested persons.
