Extends the provisions of the Indian Reorganization Act to the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Indians. Provides for the establishment of a reservation for the Pascua Yaqui upon the transfer of certain land in trust by the Association to the Secretary of the Interior. Gives the consent of the United States to the exercise of criminal and civil jurisdiction by the State of Arizona. Requires, within 30 months from the date of enactment of this Act, the Pascua Yaqui Tribe to adopt a constitution and bylaws or other organized governing documents and membership roll. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to compile a tribal roll and publish such roll in the Federal Register. Recognizes the Pascua Yaqui Association as an Indian tribe and its lands as a Federal Indian reservation. Defines such members eligible for these services as: (1) members of the Pascua Yaqui Association; (2) persons of Yaqui blood who are admitted to membership in the association within two years after enactment; and (3) direct lineal descendants of such members. | 2025-06-20T19:33:16Z |
