Sets forth the following conditions of eligibility for grants: (1) members of the department are participating or have participated in a training program approved or conducted by the National Academy of Fire Prevention and Control, (2) the department is an agency of a State or political subdivision, or is incorporated by the State in which it is located, (3) equipment purchased with grant funds conforms with standards adopted by the National Bureau of Standards, and (4) any other conditions the Secretary may find appropriate and necessary. 2024-08-01T20:03:18Z
