Prohibits the admission of any immigrant unless a United States citizen has agreed in writing to sponsor such immigrant and to reimburse the Federal, State, or local government for financial support or medical treatment provided to the immigrant during the five year period after entering the United States. 2024-08-01T20:03:05Z
