Rept. 95-989 (Part I)) Fire Prevention Study Act - Amends the Flammable Fabrics Act to require the Secretary of Commerce to study the necessity and feasibility of establishing Federal standards relating to fire prevention and control. Authorizes the Secretary of Commerce to consult with State and local governments, private nonprofit organizations, and such other interested persons as deemed appropriate. Requires the Secretary to report the findings and recommendations to the Congress within one year after funds are appropriated, but not later, than two years after enactment of this Act.
