Provides for administrative detention of food believed to be adulterated. Requires: (1) State and local food labeling requirements to comply with Federal standards under such Act; (2) packaged perishable food to show the sell date; (3) certain labeling information regarding ingredients; and (4) importers to notify the Secretary of the identity of the imported food and the registration of the food processor. 2025-09-02T17:11:28Z
