Amends the Comprehensive Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism Prevention, Treatment, and Rehabilitation Act of 1970 to make the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare responsible for fostering and encouraging alcohol abuse prevention programs and services in State and local government and in private business and industry. 2025-07-21T19:44:15Z
