[D-WI-2] WI D K000020 2 Citizens' Right to Standing in Federal Courts Act - States that a United States court shall not dismiss a suit against the Federal Government or against a State or local government based in whole or in part upon an act or omission alleged to be in violation of the laws or constitution of the United States on the ground that the plaintiff lacks standing to sue because (1) the injury which plaintiff alleges to have suffered as a result of the defendant's conduct is shared by all or a large class of persons; (2) the defendant's conduct which forms the basis for the complaint is not or may not be the primary cause of the injury complained of; or (3) the injury which plaintiff alleges to have suffered as a result of the defendant's conduct is not substantially likely to be remedied or prevented by a determination on the merits in the plaintiff's favor, if such determination may contribute in significant part to remedying or preventing such injury. 2025-09-02T17:11:05Z
