95-hr-13020 95 hr 13020 A bill to amend chapter 73 of title 10, United States Code, to provide that a former spouse of a member of the uniformed Services who is married to such member for ten years or more shall be entitled to a portion of such member's retired pay and to a portion of the annuity of a surviving spouse of such member, and that such member may not elect not to provide such an annuity without the consent of the spouse and any former spouse of the member, and for other purposes.
