Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to make grants to cover the costs of traineeships for the training of licensed registered nurses to be nurse anesthetists. Requires the Secretary to arrange for a study to determine the need to continue a specific program of Federal financial support for nursing education. Title II: Other Health Professions Programs - Increases authorization of appropriations for fiscal year 1979 for National Health Service Corps programs.
