Directs such demonstration projects to be conducted at the following locations in New Hampshire: Blackwater Bay, Cummings Meadow Pond, French Pond, Kezar Lake, Long Pond, Mascoma Lake, Otter Pond, Pearly Lake, Pennichuck Pond, Perkins Pond, Todd Lake, and Weare Reservoir.
