[R-WY] WY R H000170 4 Amends Rule XXVII of the Standing Rules of the Senate to prohibit conferees on the part of the Senate from considering any motion (other than a motion to adjourn) in a meeting of a committee of conference unless the written text of the motion, or a written explanation of the substantive effect of the motion, has been furnished to each conferee on the part of the Senate prior to its consideration.
