Establishes the Hawaiian Native Claims Settlement Study Commission. Provides that the Commission shall be composed of 11 members appointed by the President. Requires the Commission to meet within the 60 calendar-day period following the date of the approval of this resolution. Directs Federal departments, agencies, and instrumentalities to furnish the Commission information and other resources upon request. Directs the Commission to study the culture, needs and concerns of the Hawaiian natives and the injuries caused by specified wrongful actions of the United States, together with appropriate remedies. Requires the Commission to report its findings and recommendations to Congress. Terminates the existence of the Commission 60 days after such report is filed.
