Provides for a payment to any injured individual or to the heirs of any such injured individual. Authorizes the payment of $3,000 for each Sioux Indian man, woman, or child who died in such massacre to be paid to the heirs of such deceased Indian. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to report to the Congress on the Indians killed or wounded at such massacre. 2025-07-21T19:32:26Z
