[D-CA-31] CA D W000571 0 Provides that in the case of any alien admitted to the United States for permanent residence, who is excludable because he is likely to become a public charge, the Attorney General shall require a citizen sponsor to execute an affidavit of support of such alien. States that any alien admitted to the United States who at any time within twenty-four months after being so admitted becomes a public charge as defined by this Act shall be subject to immediate deportation.
