Excepts all but specified prosecutions under title 18 of the United States Code from such requirement. Requires, with respect to instances in which the United States pays the costs and attorney's fees of a prevailing party under this or any other Act, the withholding of 25 percent of the pay of each responsible officer or employee each pay period until the total amount withheld equals 50 percent of the reimbursement payments made by the United States, up to a maximum of $100,000. 2025-09-02T18:49:58Z
