[R-NY-26] NY R G000212 0 Amends Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act: (1) to increase from $1,752 to $2,500 the amount of income which an aged, blind, or disabled individual who does not have an eligible spouse may receive and remain an eligible individual for Title XVI benefits; (2) to make an identical increase in the amount of such benefits which such an individual may receive annually; (3) to increase from $2,628 to $3,750 the amount of income which an aged, blind, or disabled individual who has an eligible spouse may receive annually and remain eligible for Title XVI benefits; and (4) to make an identical increase in the amount of such benefits which such an individual may receive annually. 2024-08-01T19:33:23Z
