Permits such officers to exercise specified authority, including authority to: (1) carry firearms; (2) execute warrants; and (3) perform any other law enforcement duty that the Secretary of the Interior may designate. Authorizes the Secretary to publish such rules and regulations as he may deem necessary or proper for the maintenance of law and order in Indian country.
