[D-NY-11] NY D S000124 0 Grants, under the Immigration and Nationality Act, an immigrant visa to any alien who was a resident of the Friuli region of Italy on or about May 6, 1976, and whose residence or place of business was destroyed in the earthquake that occurred on May 6, 1976, or whose family member (whom such alien financially supported) was killed or seriously injured by such earthquake. Grants an immigrant visa to an alien spouse, child, or parent of such Italian national if such relative is not in the United States and resides with such Italian national. Requires all persons covered by this Act to apply for such visas within one year after the enactment of this Act. Exempts such entrance from any immigration quota. 2024-08-01T19:32:19Z
