[D-NJ-2] NJ D H000930 0 Requires that whoever uses or carries a firearm during a crime of violence subject to prosecution in a Federal court be sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than one nor more than ten years in the case of a first offense, and not less than two nor more than 25 years for a subsequent offense. Prohibits the concurrent running of such term with any term of imprisonment imposed for commission of the felony. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924) 2024-08-01T19:32:19Z
