States that every contract or agreement between any labor organization and any employer whereby such employer undertakes to cease or to refrain from using, selling, handling, transporting, or otherwise dealing in any of the products of any producer, processor, or manufacturer which are distributed in trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared illegal.
