[D-WI-2] WI D K000020 2 Small Post Office Preservation Act - Prohibits the United States Postal Service from closing any post office which serves a rural area or small town unless: (1) a majority of the persons regularly served by such post office approve the closing; (2) it establishes a rural station or branch which provides the same postal services as the post office and does not result in any change in the mailing address of persons served by such post office; or (3) it establishes a rural route to serve the area involved.
