Rept. 94-990) Provides that specified amendments made by the U.S. Supreme Court to the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure shall not take effect until August 1, 1977, or until approved by Act of Congress, and that specified other rules and forms shall not take effect until 30 days after adjournment sine die of the 94th Congress or until approved by Act of Congress. Effectuates the remainder of the amendments to such Rules on August 1, 1976. 2025-07-21T19:32:26Z
