Stipulates that persons who attempt to steal narcotics from a pharmacy by armed robbery shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years or more than 25 years and/or may be fined up to $10,000. Imposes a mandatory sentence of ten years to life for killing a person in an attempt to rob a pharmacy of narcotics. 2024-08-01T19:31:47Z
