Directs that any such election shall be irrevocable. Provides that the determination of an individual's eligibility period or additional eligibility period shall be made by reference to the area in which the individual was last employed for at least five work days before the beginning of the benefit year with respect to which he most recently received regular compensation. Defines the term "labor area" to mean any area designated as being a contiguous population center with a population of at least 250,000. 2024-08-01T19:30:07Z
