Provides that the convention's recommendations shall be submitted to the Congress. Authorizes to be appropriated not to exceed $300,000 for the Department of State to carry out the purposes of this resolution. Provides that the delegation shall cease to exist at the expiration of the four-year period beginning on the date of the approval of this resolution, or upon the submission to the Senate of an agreement establishing the Economic and Social Community of the Americas, whichever comes first. | 2025-01-14T19:00:46Z |
