[R-OK] OK R B000351 1 Occupational Safety and Health Amendments - Provides that any employer who is issued a citation under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and who believes that he maintains work conditions which would meet the criteria for a variance under the provisions of the Act, may apply to the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare for such a variance.
