Requires the Commission to report in two years after the first meeting to the President and the Congress on its findings and recommendations. Authorizes appropriation of sums as are necessary, not to exceed $400,000, for carrying out this Act. Terminates the Commission 90 days after submission of its report. 2025-01-14T18:51:33Z
