Divides the ninth judicial circuit, stating that it shall be composed of Alaska, the Eastern and Northern Judicial Districts of California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Guam. Creates the twelfth judicial circuit to be composed of Arizona, the Central and Southern Judicial Districts of California, and Nevada. 2025-07-21T19:32:26Z
