[D-ND] ND D B001077 3 Designates Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi as the fifth judicial circuit; Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota as the eighth judicial circuit; and Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and the Canal Zone as the eleventh judicial circuit. Divides the ninth judicial circuit, stating that it shall be composed of Alaska, the Eastern and Northern Judicial Districts of California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Guam.
