[R-FL] FL R G000531 3 Provides that no person may mail, or cause to be mailed, to any other person any obscene material without obtaining the prior consent of the other person, or if the other person is a minor living with a parent or guardian, the prior consent of such parent or guardian, to the sending of such material. States that the receipt of such obscene material shall constitute an invasion of the privacy of the person receiving such material. Permits the person receiving obscene material to commence a civil action against the mailer. Provides for compensatory damages and punitive damages of no less than $5,000.
