Nixon has violated the first and fourth amendment rights of citizens of the United States by establishing within the White House a personal secret police, which engaged in criminal acts including burglaries, wiretaps, electronic surveillance, and perjury; (2) that Richard M. Nixon knowingly participated in the obstruction of justice by offering a high Federal post to the presiding judge during the Ellsburg-Russo trial; and (3) that Richard M.
