Directs the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to arrange for the conduct of a study or studies to determine the effectiveness of health education institution admissions examinations in evaluating accurately the potential and ability of the student applicant of limited English-speaking ability to participate in and benefit from the educational program, taking into account the need to eliminate any cultural bias in the presentation of admissions examinations. 2025-09-03T12:50:00Z
