Requires the Civil Aeronautics Board within sixty days after enactment of this Act to establish procedures whereby each carrier shall report to the Board at the end of every six-month period thereafter the following: (1) the actual costs to said carrier for the provision of security measures for the protection of passengers during the preceding six-month period; and (2) the total amount of surcharges collected during the same six-month period for security measures to protect passengers. 2025-09-03T12:49:59Z
