States that the amounts of the surcharge levied may be collected from natural gas customers of such natural gas supplier on a pro rata basis in proportion to the amount of natural gas used by each such customer. States that all sums collected as a result of the levying of the surcharge shall be distributed for the use and benefit of the electric customers of the electric utilities whose natural gas supply contracts have been abrogated under Federal Power Commission rulings. 2025-09-03T12:49:53Z
