Provides that, upon the death of any veteran who is not eligible for plot or interment allowance and is not buried in a national cemetery or other cemetery under the jurisdiction of the United States, the Administrator, in his discretion, having due regard for the circumstances of each case, may pay a sum not to exceed $200 to such person as he prescribes. 2024-08-01T18:38:37Z
