Repeals the provisions of the Sugar Act of 1948 relating to: (1) establishment or revision of quotas; (2) revision of proration upon productive deficiency of quota area; (3) allotments of quotas or prorations; and (4) amount of quota to be filled by direct consumption sugar. Limits the payments which a sugar producer shall be entitled to receive under the Act to $10,000 for any crop year. 2024-08-01T18:37:13Z
