Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, at the time such regulations are submitted to the Congress, to notify each State. Sets aside any regulations published or promulgated prior to the date of enactment of this joint resolution by the Environmental Protection Agency under the Provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended relating to reimbursement and advanced construction of any publicly owned treatment works. 2024-08-01T18:27:44Z
