[R-WI-8] WI R F000388 0 Constitutional Amendment - Provides that Members of the House of Representatives elected for terms beginning after the term in which this article of amendment is adopted shall hold office during the term of four years, except that those elected for the first term beginning after the term in which this article of amendment is adopted shall, immediately after they shall be assembled in consequence of such election, be divided as equally as may be in two classes, and the seats of the Representatives in the first class shall be vacated at the expiration of the second year, and of the second class at the expiration of the fourth year, so that one-half may be chosen every second year.
