The bill also adds authorization for a $10 million claim for each victim of the December 6, 2019, shooting at the Pensacola, Florida, Naval Air Station to the United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund. The bill appropriates to the fund a specified amount from unobligated balances appropriated for security assistance for Ukraine in FY2023. 2023-09-19T12:30:15Z
