Such manufacturers include ones that are owned or controlled by, are a subsidiary of, or otherwise are related legally or financially to a corporation based in a country that (1) is identified as a nonmarket economy country, (2) was identified by the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) as a foreign country included on the priority watch list, and (3) is subject to monitoring by the USTR. | 2023-01-11T13:45:37Z |
