Specifically, such a person must disclose the name of anyone who (1) contributed to the preparation or submission of the amicus brief, or (2) made certain monetary contributions to the person. Persons that are subject to these requirements must register with the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, which must make the registration information publicly available.
