Specifically, the bill establishes: the McCoy Flats Trail System, the Ashley Karst National Recreation and Geologic Area, the John Wesley Powell National Conservation Area, and the National Bear River Heritage Area. In addition, the bill provides for the following land conveyances: the property identified as Ashley Spring, and the Jones Hole National Fish Hatchery, to the Central Utah Water Conservancy District certain acquired lands and certain federal lands related to the Big Sand Wash facilities, and certain existing Big Sand Wash facilities that are part of the Uinta Basin Replacement Project; and to the city of Hyde Park a specified 80-acre parcel of Bureau of Land Management land, including improvements, for use for public purposes. The National Park Service (NPS) shall establish the Transcontinental Railroad Network and shall carry out a study and other duties related to the history, construction, and legacy of the Transcontinental Railroad.
